Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of elitecoreconstruction.ca and any services booked through it, by phone, text, or our AI voice assistant, with EliteCore OnCall, operated by EliteCore Construction Inc. ("EliteCore"). By booking a service, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

EliteCore provides on-demand handyman, repair, and maintenance services across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, furniture assembly, and condo/rental turnover work. Emergency dispatch (within-the-hour response) currently applies to detached homes only; condos and apartment buildings receive priority same-day scheduling. Work requiring a permit, new electrical circuits, or a licensed trade is referred to a licensed specialist.

3. Pricing & payment

• The $79 diagnostic visit fee is credited toward your repair if you approve the quote on-site.
• All quotes are provided and agreed to before work begins. We do not add charges beyond the approved quote without your consent.
• Rates cover labour; materials and parts are quoted separately and shown to you for approval before purchase.
• We accept credit card, Interac e-Transfer, and Apple Pay.

4. Workmanship warranty

Work performed by EliteCore is backed by a 2-year workmanship warranty covering defects in our labour. This warranty does not cover materials (which may carry their own manufacturer warranty), pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse after the work is completed.

5. Scheduling & cancellations

Appointments booked online, by phone, or via our AI voice assistant are confirmed by text or email. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as early as possible so we can offer that time to another customer.

6. Insurance

EliteCore carries $2M in Commercial General Liability insurance and WSIB coverage for our technicians. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) can be provided to your condo board or property manager on request.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Ontario law, EliteCore's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. AI voice assistant

Calls handled by our AI voice assistant may be recorded and transcribed for scheduling and quality purposes, as disclosed at the start of each call. Information you provide (name, phone number, service details) is used to process your booking, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
